U.S. Open 2012: Jim Furyk Leads Tiger Woods, Rest Of Field In Third Round

The more experience that the world's leading golfers gain at the Olympic Club, the harder things become. Tiger Woods is not the only one having a difficult third round as Jim Furyk is the only competitor who has shown the ability shoot under par well into today's third round action. While others have flirted with an even score, every golfer but Furyk and Graeme McDowell currently sits over-par.

Tiger Woods is three-over for the third round and is two-over on the weekend. McDowell is currently even followed by Fredrik Jacobson and Lee Westwood at one-over. Woods is tied with Nicolas Colsaerts and Ernie Els at two-over. Jason Dufner follows suit at three-over.

Tomorrow's fourth round should be interesting since the course is proving to be the victor over all. Can Furyk maintain his lead and mastery over the course? Will it finally get the best of him as well? Should be interesting watching the action on Sunday.
