Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp News: GM Scott Pioli Not Missing Todd Haley?

The Kansas CIty Cheifs enter the 2012 season with a new coach, Romeo Crennel. A recent report from the Kansas City Star shows that the absence of Todd Haley in favor of Crennel may cause less drama and help the team going forward.

It's no secret that Cheifs GM Scott Pioli and Haley did not get along during Haley's three-year stint with the team, and when asked about it, Pioli had little to say.

"Pioli declined to discuss former coach Todd Haley or cite specific incidents from Haley's three camps with the Chiefs. But the biggest change at Chiefs camp in their previous three seasons with Pioli to this year is that they are now coached by Romeo Crennel."

All in all, it appears as if the Chiefs are ready to put the drama of the past few seasons behind them in 2012.
