U.S. Open Tennis 2012: Match Schedule, TV Coverage, Streaming And More

Overland Park resident Jack Sock will be facing a ranked opponent Monday in the opening round of the 2012 U.S. Open. Sock will meet Germany's 22nd-ranked Florian Mayer in the second match on the Grandstand court, one of 56 matches to be played in a saturated first day of tennis in New York.

No. 1 Roger Federer will be the focus at Arthur Ashe Stadium when his match opens against American Donald Young around 9 p.m. following a women's singles match between Victoria Duval and Kim Clijsters set for 6 p.m. CT.

TV coverage will begin at 9:30 a.m. CT on the Tennis Channel for the pregame show, followed by the tournament proper beginning at 10 a.m. ESPN2 will feature coverage of the tournament throughout the afternoon as well.
