U.S. Open Tennis 2012: Match Schedule, TV Coverage, Streaming And More

After his first round upset of No. 22 Florian Meyer of Germany on Monday, Overland Park, Kas., resident Jack Sock will not play again in singles until Wednesday, although he does have a doubles match with Steve Johnson on Tuesday against Max Mirnyi of Belarus and Daniel Nestor of Canada, the tournament's top-seeded pairing.

Tuesday's first round play will be headlined by the first round matches of No. 4 Serena Williams and No. 2 Novak Djokovic, both in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Djokovic will take on Paolo Lorenzi at 6 p.m. CT, and Williams will face Coco Vandeweghe at the conclusion of Djokovic's match.

TV coverage of Tuesday's events began at 5 a.m. CT with the pregame show on the Tennis Channel, followed by matches beginning at 9:30. Then, ESPN2 will pick up some live action at noon, and will continue with primetime coverage starting at 6 p.m.
