Oakland Raiders Sign Former Chiefs DL Brandon Bair

Among a flurry of roster moves, the Oakland Raiders signed former Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Brandon Bair on Wednesday, according to a report by Steve Corkan of the Contra Costa Times (via The Raider Nation Times).

Bair was signed by Kansas City as an undrafted free agent in 2011 out of the University of Oregon. He was waived by the Chiefs as a part of the team's cut down to the final 53-man roster on Aug. 31 after getting playing time throughout Kansas City's preseason games. He recorded two tackles, a sack and a forced fumble in the preseason opener against the Arizona Cardinals on Aug. 10.

Bair also notched three tackles and a pass defensed in the Chiefs' preseason meeting with the St. Louis Rams on Aug. 18, and an additional four total tackles in the preseason finale against the Green Bay Packers on Aug. 30.
