OKC Thunder Announce 2 More Signings

The Oklahoma City Thunder announced the additions of DeAndre Liggins and Andy Rautins to the training camp roster on Wednesday, according to a report by Royce Young of DailyThunder.com.

Liggins, a product of the University of Kentucky, was a second-round pick in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. In 17 games for the Magic last season, the 6'6 forward averaged 1.9 points and 0.9 rebounds per game in 6.8 minutes on the floor.

Coming out of Syracuse, Rautins is a 6'4, sharp-shooting three-point threat who spent last season playing overseas in Spain for Lucentum Alicante. He was drafted in 2010 in the second round by the New York Knicks, only appearing in five games during the 2010-11 season before being traded to and subsequently waived by the Dallas Mavericks in December of 2011.

With these signings, Oklahoma City's training camp roster now sits at 18. For the final roster, that number must be trimmed to 15 for the regular season. Competition for a final spot will likely be between Rautins, Liggins, Hollis Thompson and Daniel Orton, according to Young.
