Fresno State Vs. Tulsa 2012 Score Update: Hurricane Down 20-17 At Halftime

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane trail the Fresno State Bulldogs, 20-17, at halftime, with Tulsa scoring 10 points in the second quarter to close up a big first quarter deficit.

Fresno State jumped out to a 20-7 lead in the first quarter, thanks to a pair of lengthy touchdown drives and a interception return for a touchdown by Patrick Su'a.

Tulsa has had trouble finding balance on offense, with quarterback Cody Green 6-of-17 for 128 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the first half. The Hurricanes are averaging under three yards per carry as well, managing just 58 yards on 20 carries as a team.

The Hurricane were able to rebound, however, with 10 points in the second quarter to close to within 20-17 heading into the half. Green capped off a 48-yard drive with a 31-yard touchdown pass to Keyarris Garrett, with Daniel Schwarz nailing a 24-yard field goal with 4:46 remaining in the second quarter.
