The 2012 Ryder Cup officially begins on Friday morning at Medinah Country Club in Chicago, and this year's action should be incredibly interesting between Team USA and Team Europe.
Foursomes start at 7:20 a.m. CT, so the action begins plenty early. The afternoon brings fourball matches so there's something to watch all day. Everything will be televised on ESPN starting at 7:00 a.m. and continuing until everything is concluded. ESPN3 will also carry coverage while online viewers can follow at Ryder Cup Live.
On Saturday and Sunday, NBC takes over for ESPN for TV viewers but Ryder Cup Live will continue to provide streaming video of the event. NBC's coverage is set to begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday and run until approximately 6:00 p.m. Sunday's coverage of the singles matches begins at 12 p.m. and continues until 5:00 p.m.
The opening ceremonies begin on Thursday night at 5:00 p.m. for those wanting an early start on the weekend's event.
