After beginning their season with a road loss against Iowa State, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane has bounced back with three consecutive wins, including one win in Conference USA play. UAB hasn't been as fortunate, losing each of their first three games of the season with the closest margin of defeat at 10 points.
That's why the 3-1 Golden Hurricane enters Saturday's game as heavy favorites to beat the winless UAB Blazers in their second conference game of the season.
To avoid the upset, Tulsa will need another strong game from Ja'Terian Douglas, the junior running back who is second in rushing touchdowns in Conference USA and leads all of the conference's starting running backs with 8.9 yards/carry.
Time, Location: Saturday, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. ET, Legion Field, Birmingham, Alabama
Coverage: Not televised
Spread: Tulsa is favored by 16 points
