Dempster has been enjoying his time with the Rangers since being traded at the deadline, picking up three wins in his last three games while loading up on strikeouts.Teaford will be making his first start for the Royals since July 8, following eight straight bullpen appearances for the lefty.

The game will be at Kauffman Stadium at 7:10 p.m. CT.
