As they have been throughout the playoffs, the San Francisco 49ers are once again a favorite. San Francisco opened as a 5-point Super Bowl favorite against the Baltimore Ravens, according to Odds Shark.

The 49ers were favored in both the divisional round against Green Bay and the NFC Championship against Atlanta. The 5-point spread, however, is the most they've been favored by this postseason. San Francisco was a 3-point favorite at home against the Packers and a 3-1/2-point favorite on the road against the Falcons.

Even though they are the underdog, the Ravens have overcome bigger spreads twice this postseason. Baltimore beat Denver in the divisional round despite being a 9-point underdog. Following that, the Ravens knocked off New England in the AFC Championship game, even though they entered as an 8-point underdog.

While they've covered the spread in all three playoff games, Baltimore was just 6-9-1 against the spread during the regular season. The 49ers went 9-7 against the spread during the regular season and are 2-0 in the postseason. The total for the game opened at 49 points.
