Romeo Crennel's Kansas City Chiefs fell to 1-9 on Sunday, after losing to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11, 28-6.
In yet another frustrating loss for the Chiefs and Chiefs fans, Kansas City failed to find the end zone, and was out-gained in total yardage, 409-284.
The good folks over at Arrowhead Pride, SB Nation's Kansas City Chiefs blog, posted some thoughts after the loss -- and as you'd expect from a 1-9 team with a fan base tired of losing, it's not too pleasant.
Embarrassing. Frustrating. Annoying.
Does that cover the KC Chiefs loss to the Cincinnati Bengals?
When more than a few fans wear black to your team's game because it's like going to a funeral, then you know you're not in a good position. The Chiefs lost to the Bengals, 28-6, in yet another blowout.
In the loss, starting quarterback Matt Cassel was benched from Brady Quinn, which may be a sign of things to come in Week 12. Quinn had wrestled the starting job away from Cassel earlier this season, but went down with an injury, thrusting Cassel back into the starting role.
Crennel and the Chiefs will take on the Denver Broncos in Week 12, as they look to notch their second win of the season and give Chiefs fans something to cheer for.
