It's been quite a week for Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Charlie Weis.
↵Friday night: He's told he needs emergency gall bladder surgery but decides to wait to have surgery to he can coach on Sunday.
↵Sunday: Coaches the Chiefs offense to a breakout game in a 31-10 victory.
↵Monday morning: He has gall bladder surgery.
↵Tuesday: Released from the hospital.
↵Wednesday: Missed Chiefs practice.
↵Thursday: Returned to Chiefs practice.
↵You think the Chiefs wouldn't mind having guys like that on the team? That's an impressive week, especially with the outcome of the last game.
