Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Cassel gets criticized at times in Kansas City for holding onto the ball too long during the play leading to more sacks.↵
This year, the Chiefs are doing a much, much better job against the rush as only a couple of quarterbacks have been sacked less than Cassel this year.↵
Then there's Jay Cutler.↵
The Bears quarterback was sacked nine times in the first half -- a NFL record -- and 10 times overall.↵
He was knocked out of the game on Sunday Night Football leading to Todd Collins (who was then knocked out).↵
So when you think Cassel's tendency to hold onto the ball too long -- remember, it could always be worse.
