The NFL has released updated figures for the 2011 Pro Bowl voting leaders and once again Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick leads the pack followed by New England Patriots QB Tom Brady and Indianapolis Colts QB Peyton Manning. No Kansas City Chiefs players are in the top 10 and none are at the top of their positions.
The Chiefs are represented in some fashion at strong safety, punter and special teams.
Should any Chiefs be higher? I think you can make an argument that QB Matt Cassel deserves a spot on there someplace along with RB Jamaal Charles, who is third in the NFL in rushing.
Here's the AFC West Pro Bowl voting update (via ESPN.com):
Strong safety
Third place: Eric Berry, Kansas City
Fifth place: Tyvon Branch, Oakland
Punter
First place: Shane Lechler, Oakland
Fifth place: Dustin Colquitt, Kansas City
Special Teams
Fifth place: Terrance Copper, Kansas City
