The Kansas City Chiefs jumped out to an early lead over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs took the opening kick off to the 31 yard line and drove down the length of the field in seven plays and 3:41 to take a 7-0 lead over the Titans.
The drive was capped off with a 14-yard Jamaal Charles touchdown reception right up the middle of the field.
Cassel was 4-of-4 for 55 yards on the drive including a 14-yard pass to Dexter McCluster and a 21-yard pass to Dwayne Bowe (which was close to going all the way). Both Charles and Thomas Jones rushed once for eight yards.
The Chiefs ran down the field with ease in their first drive and Matt Cassel was a perfect 4-of-4. We'll see if the defense can be perfect as well.
