Kansas City Chiefs Vs. Denver Broncos: Brandon Flowers In; Chris Chambers Out

The Kansas City Chiefs have released their inactives for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos and there are a couple of surprises.

S Kendrick Lewis is inactive, which isn't a major surprise by now but Lewis was originally listed as probable for the game. On Saturday he was downgraded to questionable. He also missed the Chiefs Week 10 game against the Broncos.

WR Chris Chambers is inactive, which is a surprise. WR Dexter McCluster is returning this week so maybe that's part of the reason. This is the third time we've seen Chambers come out inactive with no real explanation.

CB Brandon Flowers is active today, which is good news. He was questionable and reportedly not expected to play. Just because he's active, though, doesn't mean he'll play.

Here's the full list of inactives: S Kendrick Lewis, CB Mike Richardson, CB Jackie Bates, FB Tim Castille, LB Charlie Anderson, C Rudy Niswanger, WR Chris Chambers and NT Anthony Toribio.
