NFL Playoff Scores: Ravens Bounce Chiefs; Packers Upset Eagles

We saw three underdogs win in four games this weekend for the opening round of the NFL playoffs. The Kansas City Chiefs were the lone underdog not to walk away with victory this weekend as the Baltimore Ravens bounced them from the playoffs.

The Chiefs played a strong first half against the Ravens that made you think KC had a shot of taking home the upset. Then in the second half something happened and the Chiefs were dominated giving up 20 unanswered points. The Chiefs offense and defense had holes and it was frustrating to watch the whole thing go down. The Ravens move on to play the Pittsburgh Steelers next week in what should be a pretty incredible matchup.

The Green Bay Packers surprised some folks beating Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Some (like me) were saying the Eagles could be playing in the Super Bowl. They lost to the Packers 21-16 on Sunday meaning it's Green Bay traveling to Atlanta to play the Falcons next week.

It's hard to ask for much more than this on a wildcard weekend (unless of course you're a Chiefs fan). Three of four games were very close and the underdog won in all three of those games.
