NFL Playoffs 2011: Ravens Defeat Chiefs 30-7

New, 4 comments

It wasn’t a happy day for Kansas City Chiefs fans at Arrowhead Stadium. They saw the Baltimore Ravens defeat the Kansas City Chiefs 30-7 in the first round of the AFC playoffs.

The Chiefs had a high number of turnovers; an anemic offense aside from Jamaal Charles; and couldn’t stop the Ravens on third down.

Turnovers were the key to the Ravens win and the Chiefs’ loss. Matt Cassel threw three interceptions and the Chiefs’ fumbled it twice.

Much more to come on this game but for now, the Kansas City Chiefs season is over. But at 10-6, Chiefs fans can still hold their head high. It was a great season.
