The weekend could not have gone any better for the Kansas City Chiefs. And that has to have everyone around Arrowhead Drive smiling from ear to ear. The San Diego Chargers lost to the New York Jets. The Chiefs shut out the Oakland Raiders in Oakland. Tim Tebow remains as much of a mystery as anyone in the NFL. Carson Palmer looked like the second coming of Kyle Boller.
The bottom line in the AFC West is that everyone is within two games of each other and KC will play for the division lead next week at home on Monday Night Football. Somehow after starting the year 0-3, the Chiefs have turned things around and have a bit of momentum on their side. The bad news is that they are getting ready to enter the toughest part of their schedule yet, but clearly the Chiefs are getting better each week.
