Two key defensive players will be out for the Broncos today as they take on the Kansas City Chiefs in an AFC West matchup.
Wesley Woodyard and Cassius Vaughn will be inactive today, as John Fox will have to plug some holes in a young defense. Per the Denver Post on Woodyard:
Broncos nickel linebacker Wesley Woodyard will not play against the Chiefs because of a knee injury. Woodyard made the trip here and hoped to play but after testing it pregame, it was determined he should wait. With the short week before the Broncos’ next game Thursday against the New York Jets, Woodyard will be iffy until the Nov. 27 game at San Diego.
Cassius Vaughn will miss is second week of action, with a hamstring injury.
Here is the full Denver Broncos Inactives List for Week 10.
