This week's match-up on Monday Night Football couldn't seem like any more of a disparity. The Kansas City Chiefs are coming into Foxboro on a miserable two-game losing streak where they lost to then last-place teams like the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos. Now after losing starting quarterback Matt Cassel to a hand injury -- possibly for the rest of the season -- the Chiefs are turning to Tyler Palko, a Pittsburgh journeyman making his first career start.
On the flip side, you have Tom Brady, the best quarterback in football, at home against a Chiefs defense that went from winning defensive player of the week two weeks in a row to allowing a team like the Dolphins to move the ball at will at Arrowhead. If the Dolphins can pull that off, imagine what Brady can do with weapons like Wes Welker and Rob Gronkowski and Deion Branch.
Then again, that's what makes the NFL so compelling. Every great story starts with a moment like this -- a David against a Goliath, so to speak. The Chiefs, if they can pull the upset, will be the talk of everyone on Tuesday. Here's the info you need to check out the supposed mismatch.
