The Kansas City Chiefs just placed Matt Cassel on injured reserve, and will be relying on Tyler Palko and the newly-claimed Kyle Orton for the rest of the 2011 NFL season. But, on the bright side, the non-quarterback part of the Chiefs roster is very healthy.
Only Ryan Lilja missed practice for the Chiefs on Thursday, and he has a head injury that will likely keep him out of action in Week 12. Beyond Lilja, just three Chiefs are listed on Kansas City's injury report, and of those three, only two, defensive end Glenn Dorsey and linebacker Demorrio Williams, were limited in practice.
That bodes well for Kansas City in their nearly must-win match-up with the Steelers.
Here's the full Chiefs practice and injury report for Week 12.
DID NOT PARTICIPATE: G Ryan Lilja (head).
LIMITED PARTICIPATION: DE Glenn Dorsey (knee), LB Demorrio Williams (groin).
FULL PARTICIPATION: S Jon McGraw (shoulder).
