Even though the Kansas City Chiefs are dealing with major injury issues, most notably with their franchise quarterback Matt Cassel and their franchise tailback Jamaal Charles (injured back in week 1) being placed on injured reserve and being out for the remainder of the season.
The secondary's back healthy, the defensive line has given maximum effort and the wide receivers have been effective when given the opportunity. The bigger question that needs to be addressed is, how good is this roster that Scott Pioli and Todd Haley put together? Are they still in rebuild mode, or were expectations too high after a 10-6 season in 2010?
