NFL Week 16: Oakland Raiders Favored Over Chiefs In Kansas City

According to VegasInsider.com, the Oakland Raiders are favored by 2.5 points over the Kansas City Chiefs on the road. This is somewhat surprising considering the Chiefs are coming off a win over the best team in the NFL, the Green Bay Packers, and the Raiders are coming off a one-point loss to the Detroit Lions at home.

The Raiders are 7-7 and are in the hunt to head to the playoffs as a wildcard team but they'll need some help from the Jets, Bengals and Titans to head to the post season. The Chiefs are also in the hunt for an AFC playoff spot. They would need to win out, including a win over the Broncos in Week 17, and they would need the Chargers and Broncos to lose their Week 16 games.

The Chiefs showed the nation that they can beat anybody when they handed the Packers their first loss of the season on Sunday and the Raiders are going to have to play mistake free to walk out of Arrowhead Stadium with a win on Saturday.
