Dwayne Bowe Will Be Seeing Champ Bailey Again

The Kansas City Chiefs offense probably won't want to read this tweet from Denver Broncos exec John Elway:

We are thrilled to announce that the Broncos have agreed to terms on a new four-year contract with cornerback Champ Bailey.

Bailey will stay in Denver and the Chiefs offense won't be pleased. Bailey has been one of the premier corners in the NFL since he was traded to Denver in 2004. He signed a seven-year contract that year and played the whole thing out and now has another four-year deal.

The Chiefs are developing their own shut-down corner in CB Brandon Flowers. And, for the moment, CB Nnamdi Asomugha is on the Oakland Raiders, so the AFC West has some solid cornerbacks.
