2011 NFL Supplemental Draft: Terrelle Pryor, Caleb King Lead Entrants To Monday's Draft

The Supplemental Draft was finally scheduled after a threat of being cancelled.

The NFL Supplemental Draft has been pushed back, but luckily it wasn't cancelled in 2011 due to the NFL lockout and other drama surrounding yearly off-season processes. The draft will take place on Monday at 12:00pm CT. This year, Terrelle Pryor from Ohio State is the biggest name to enter the Draft, and it's a total mystery as to his draft stock -- including what position he would even play.

The NFL has also made a special ruling regarding Pryor's eligibility with the following release:

In his decision allowing Pryor to enter the Supplemental Draft, Commissioner Roger Goodell determined that Pryor will be ineligible to practice prior to or play in the first five games of the NFL regular season after he signs.  Pryor may be selected in the Supplemental Draft, negotiate and sign a contract with an NFL club, and fully participate in the remainder of the preseason.

Five other players are also eligible on Monday to be taken by an NFL Franchise. If they are not chosen, they become undrafted free agents just like Mark Herzlich did after the draft.
