Kansas City Chiefs Injury Report: Jonathan Baldwin Didn't Practice Wednesday

The official injury reports were released today by the NFL for practices held Wednesday and the Chiefs seem rather injury-free — at least those still active for the season. Given the losses of Tony Moeaki and Eric Berry to season-ending injuries, it’s nice to see that only Jonathan Baldwin remains on the injury list and he failed to practice once again because of his thumb. This comes as no surprise and it means the Chiefs are having the entire offensive and defensive units on the field in practice as they head to Detroit.

That said, the Chiefs are certainly looking forward to the time when even Baldwin is not on the injury report. He was drafted to be a major asset on offense, since sinking a first round draft choice into a wide receiver even in the late 20s signifies high expectations. Add the loss of Moeaki on offense, and the Chiefs could use Baldwin sooner than later.

We will keep you posted as more injury reports come out leading up to Sunday’s contest.
