NFL Injury Report: Chiefs remain relatively healthy following Chargers loss

Other than a large handful of players already on their injury report, the Kansas City Chiefs were able to stay relatively healthy during their 37-20 loss to the San Diego Chargers.

Tight end Kevin Boss, defensive end Glenn Dorsey and running back Peyton Hillis were the three biggest names to miss Sunday's game, while wide receiver Dwayne Bowe was able to get in the game despite being listed as Questionable on the injury report.

The Chiefs website's official injury report contains a fairly large laundry list of different players right now, with most of them hovering around Questionable or Probable. The majority of the players, including wide receiver Dexter McCluster and defensive back Kendrick Lewis, participated at least some of the time in Kansas City's final practice before Sunday's game. Most of the players on the list will likely have improved statuses before Kansas City's next game on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
