The Kansas City Chiefs have announced their list of inactives, and the defensive side of the ball is going to have to push through some significant losses. Glenn Dorsey, Kendrick Lewis, Rapoti Pitoitua and Jalil Brown are all inactive for today's game against the Baltimore Ravens -- placing even more pressure on players who have previously been injured this week or disappointing on the season.
Interestingly enough, the Chiefs activated Neiko Thorpe on Saturday and released offensive lineman Bryan Mattison and now it's clear that the former Auburn defensive back will actually get some reps in today's game as they try to tame the NFL's best deep passing attack with Joe Flacco. Torrey Smith and Anquan Boldin can expect to get many looks, and Chiefs inside linebackers will have to provide great coverage throughout the game to help the pass defense.
The complete list of inactives also includes wide receiver Devon Wylie, quarterback Ricky Stanzi and running back Peyton Hillis.
