The 1-6 Kansas City Chiefs are not given much of a chance to win in Week 9 at San Diego, if you believe the experts at CBS Sports. An eight-man panel of CBS writers agrees that the 3-4 Chargers should win at home Thursday night.
Clark Judge, Jason La Canfora and Ryan Wilson do pick the Chiefs to cover a 7.5 point spread, the largest point spread of the year in favor of San Diego. The Chargers scored six points last Sunday in a 7-6 loss at Cleveland, in which the offense went for 265 total yards.
Kansas City and San Diego met in Week 4 at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chargers were favored by two points in that game and covered easily in a 37-20 win. Since then, San Diego has dropped three straight games to New Orleans, Denver, and the Browns.
Chiefs vs. Chargers kicks off at 7:20 p.m. CT from Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego.
