The Kansas City Chiefs lost another stinker to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, 30-7. Even worse than the result of the game was the injury report, which had two pretty big names sitting on it -- Dwayne Bowe and Jamaal Charles.
Bowe was the first to be knocked out, suffering an apparent rib injury at the end of the first quarter after being kneed in the back. It was announced at the start of the second half that he was not going to return to the game, but the severity of the injury has still not been announced.
Charles, who put up 165 rushing yards and the only touchdown of the day for KC, was injured for a short while in the second quarter. His injury looked like another rib injury as he grabbed his chest before being removed from the game. He returned to the action a short while later and continued to play well.
A total of seven Chiefs players were announced as 'Out' before the game, including Steve Breaston and Kendrick Lewis. KC will face the Oakland Raiders next weekend in a scrap between the two teams at the bottom of the AFC West.
