Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Brandon Flowers was held out of practice on Wednesday as the Chiefs prepare to play the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Flowers, who recorded two tackles in Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers, did not participate in practice due to a hamstring problem. Linebacker Derrick Johnson was also held out of Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury.
Ryan Lilja did not practice with a knee injury. Jeff Allen (illness), Allen Bailey (ankle) and Abram Elam (quad) are new to this week's injury report, and none participated in Wednesday's practice.
Offensive tackle Branden Albert did participate in a limited capacity with a back injury. Albert did appear in Sunday's game despite being held out of practice until Friday. A knee injury that kept linebacker Tamba Hali out of most practices last week limited him on Wednesday as well.
Safety Eric Berry (hand) and defensive back Kendrick Lewis (shoulder) were also limited.
