The Denver Broncos have been all over the news that last couple of days from the Peyton Manning frenzy, but the team is going to be very busy in free agency having nearly the most cap room of any team in the NFL. The defensive line is the subject of Albert Breer’s latest update from NFL.com with word that the Broncos are trying to work out something with their own defensive tackle Broderick Bunkley as well as the Miami Dolphins Paul Soliai.
The Chiefs are also reportedly linked with Soliai and even Bunkley would not be a bad target for the team. Defensive tackles are hard to come by and Soliai is likely the biggest name on the market. Denver makes a lot of sense for Soliai and the ability to play for John Fox and alongside a strong pass rush is likely a helpful draw for Soliai.
The Chiefs have no officially scheduled any visits beyond John Carlson at this time.
