Carr, a seven-year NFL veteran, has been able to carve out a niche in the league despite undrafted out of Boise State in 2005.
He spent his first three seasons with the Oakland Raiders before signing a free agent contract with the Tennessee Titans in 2008 and spending the last three in Baltimore.
The 5'10 180 CB has been primarily a nickel and dime back, and his only year as a starter came in 2010 when he stepped in after Dominique Foxworth tore his ACL in training camp.
Last season, he had 19 tackles, 1 sack and 3 pass deflections in 9 games. He's also spent time as a return specialist in the NFL, though at 28, it's likely his days running backs punts back are over.
