The Kansas City Chiefs could be without one of their most skilled positions players for the early part of training camp. Adam Schefter said in an interview with Josh Vernier of 610 Sports Radio in Kansas City that Bowe could hold out for quite a bit.
Schefter tells ushe assumes Dwayne Bowe won't report til camp until the week of the first game. #Chiefs— Josh Vernier (@JoshVernier) July 24, 2012
Bowe caught 81 passes for 1,159 yards and five touchdowns last season. In the five years that Bowe has been in the league, he has caught 356 passes for 4,927 yards and 36 touchdowns, 15 coming in 2010. Bowe definitely has the abilities that the Chiefs need on their team, the question is now are they willing to pay what he wants?
