Perhaps the NFL's best tight end of all time will more than likely hang up his cleats after the coming 2012 NFL season with word today that he'll likely retire from the Atlanta Falcons this fall. This comes after a long, record-setting career in the NFL spent mostly with the Kansas City Chiefs.
#Falcons TE Tony Gonzalez said he's 95 percent sure that this is his last season.

Gonzalez has started every game but two the last 15 seasons in the NFL, an incredible record not only of durability but productivity. He's a 12-time Pro Bowler who is also a certain Hall of Famer who has set NFL records for tight ends in touchdowns and receptions. In fact, he's in the top 9 all time in catches and top 11 in receiving yardage among any players in NFL history.
There's little doubt the Chiefs will one day retire Gonzalez's number when he retires.
