Bills running back Fred Jackson will miss Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs with a sprained LCL, and could potentially miss up to half of the season. After a Monday MRI on his knee came back with inconclusive results, Bills head coach Chan Gailey said that the RB could miss anywhere from three to eight weeks of action:
"It’s going to be a few weeks," said head coach Chan Gailey. "It’s not going to be three, but I don’t think it’s going to be eight, but it’s probably somewhere in there in between. Hopefully sooner than later."
C.J. Spiller will take over the starting role from Jackson for Sunday's game, coming off of a performance where he ran for 169 yards and a touchdown.
