Brandon Flowers: Chiefs Must 'Get That 0-2 Out Of Our Heads'

Following a couple of bad losses to begin the 2012 season, the Kansas City Chiefs will look to start fresh in Week 3 as they head to New Orleans to face an equally-desperate Saints team on Sunday.

Chiefs cornerback Brandon Flowers was one player who spoke up on Wednesday, saying it's time for Kansas City to move on.

Here's Flowers, from Rachel Santschi's report on the team's Web site:

I can pinpoint that we're 0-2. We've got to get those losses behind us, you can't keep dreading them and harping on them saying this and that, this and that. We've just got to move forward. We watched film, corrected the things we needed to correct and get that 0-2 out of our heads.

Kansas City opened the season with a home loss to the Atlanta Falcons, 40-24, and were blown out on the road in Week 2 at the hands of the Buffalo Bills, 35-17.

The Saints and Chiefs are set to begin at 12 p.m. CT in the Superdome.
