Chiefs Coach Romeo Crennel Hints At Kevin Boss Missing Week 3

Arrowhead Pride noted Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel spoke with the media today, and said tight end Kevin Boss is "doubtful" for Sunday's game against New Orleans.

Boss suffered a head injury in the Chiefs' 35-17 loss at Buffalo in Week 2, and did not practice Tuesday or Wednesday.

Tight end Tony Moeaki saw an increase in snaps last week, and it looks like he'll be called on again Sunday as both teams look to get their first wins of the season.

Cornerback Jacques Reeves and tight end Kevin O'Connell missed Thursday's practice, but guard Ryan Lilja returned to practice after missing Tuesday's session. Defensive back Kendrick Lewis and wide receiver Dexter McCluster were both limited for the second straight day. Full injury reports are due to the league on Fridays for Sunday games during the regular season.
