Coming off their first win of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs host the AFC West division-leading San Diego Chargers in Week 4 on Sunday.
The Chiefs (1-2) overcame an 18-point second-half deficit on the road against the New Orleans Saints to force overtime and win in the extra period, 27-24. Jamaal Charles exploded to lift Kansas City's struggling offense, piling up 233 rushing yards on 33 carries, including a 91-yard touchdown scamper.
Meanwhile, San Diego (2-1) was mauled at home by the Atlanta Falcons, 27-3, as they took their first loss of the season. The Chargers were down 20-0 at the half and never recovered as four turnovers, including two interceptions thrown by quarterback Philip Rivers, doomed comeback hopes.
Elsewhere in the AFC West, the Oakland Raiders (1-2), fresh off of scoring 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to down the Pittsburgh Steelers, 34-31, head to Denver to face Peyton Manning and the Broncos (1-2), who were knocked off at home by the Houston Texans in Week 3, 31-25.
