Julio Jones scored Sunday's first touchdown on an eight yard catch from Matt Ryan as the Falcons are knotted up with the Chiefs 10-10 through midway through the second quarter.
Both quarterbacks are off to fast starts in each team's season opener. Ryan stands at 7/9 for 75 yards and the Jones TD. Kansas City QB Matt Cassel is 8/10 for 111 yards and a 22-yard TD strike to tight end Kevin Boss.
Ryan Succop and Matt Bryant each added field goals to get their team's in double digits.
Jones and Chiefs receiver Dwayne Bowe, two highly touted fantasy pass-catchers, each have 44 receiving yards thus far.
Tight end Tony Gonzalez needs 42 receiving yards to break into the top 10 of all time receivers in NFL history.
