The Kansas City Chiefs are still an unknown with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. They found their quarterback by trading for Alex Smith and franchised left tackle Brandon Albert. But the Chiefs followed that up by cutting right tackle Eric Winston.
In Dan Kadar's latest mock draft for SB Nation, he stuck with Texas A&M offensive tackle Luke Joeckel with the top pick in the draft. Joeckel is considered one of the most talented players in the draft, but it's tough to say how the Chiefs view their offensive line at this point in the process. Would they draft a right tackle with the first pick?
Kansas City could also address the defensive line, but that depends on what happens with Glenn Dorsey in free agency. After a week of free agent moves, the NFL Draft picture should become a bit easier to sort out.
Stay tuned for future mocks, because the Chiefs' pick is far from set in stone.
