If you've been a fan of the Kansas City Royals for a while, you might remember Tom Goodwin manning the outfield and stealing bases in the mid-90s. From '94 to '97, Goodwin was a fixture for KC and provided speed atop the order. Despite his incredible speed (150 steals in 4 seasons), the Royals traded him in the summer of '97 for Dean Palmer. Now he's lending instructions for the New York Mets as their new first base coach. Goodwin is now 43-years-old and played 14 seasons in the major leagues.
