The Kansas City Royals are no stranger to slumps, but they'll enter Interleague play at 6-4 in their last ten games, despite dropping their last two to red-hot Baltimore. The D-Backs arrive in K.C. riding a huge skid, on a 4-11 run in May. Kansas City made some moves to shore up their injured bullpen on Thursday, recalling left-hander Everett Teaford and right-hander Louis Coleman from Triple-A Omaha and optioned right-handers Nate Adcock and Vin Mazzaro.
The D-Backs swept the Royals in Interleague play in 2011.
