Felipe Paulino gets the start on Saturday on Saturday afternoon, as the Kansas City Royals take on the Baltimore Orioles in the second game of a three-game set at Camden Yard.
After beginning their road trip with a win on Monday against the Yankees, the Royals have dropped their last three contests, including Friday night's 8-2 loss to the Orioles.
Paulino, who has been nothing shy of excellent since returning from the disabled list, is tasked with ending Kansas City's losing streak. Paulino is 2-1 in four starts on the season. Through 25.1 innings, Paulino has struck out 29 and walked seven, and his ERA sits at 1.42. Paulino's WHIP is also excellent, as it sits at 1.14 into Saturday's start.
Kansas City's offense will face off against Wei-Yin Chen, who is 4-1 with a 3.35 ERA and 1.32 WHIP in 2012. Chen picked up his first loss of his MLB career in his most recent start, when he gave up six runs in 4.1 innings of work against the Nationals.
First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. CT. Televised coverage can be found on FOX Sports Kansas City.
