Royals Vs. White Sox: KC Hopes To Bounce Back In AL Central Series

Kansas City couldn't sneak past the Chicago White Sox in the first game of their three-game set as Chicago pulled out a 3-2 victory on Tuesday night. The two teams will face off again on Wednesday evening as the White Sox look to keep piling onto their slowly growing division lead over the Detroit Tigers. They are currently three games up on Detroit.

It will be even tougher for the Royals on Wednesday as they'll have to face off against Sox ace Chris Sale (17-6, 2.78 ERA) in game two of the series. Kansas City will counter by sending out lefty Bruce Chen (10-12, 5.42 ERA), who lost a match up against Sale earlier in September but has a 2-1 record against the Sox in 2012.

The game will be at Kauffman Stadium at 7:10 p.m. CT.
