The Kansas City Royals are starting a three-game series on the road when they face the Cleveland Indians. Both teams are looking to finish out their season as neither are heading to the playoffs, and to keep things going the Royals are sending out Will Smith to pitch against the Indians.
Smith is facing the Indians for his second straight start, and last time his outing resulted in a win as he went seven innings while giving up only two runs and struck out five. The Indians are countering with David Huff who is 2-0 and has bounced from the bullpen to starter this month; this will be just his third start for the Indians this year.
