It's the Friday after Thanksgiving which means the college football season is winding down. The Missouri Tigers and Kansas Jayhawks play on Saturday but we've got Nebraska in football today. There's also a Kansas and Kansas State college basketball today. Here's the TV schedule:
West Virginia vs. Pittsburgh, 11:00 a.m., ABC: Please don't let Pittsburgh make a BCS bowl. This is the early game of the day.
Auburn vs. Alabama, 1:30 p.m., CBS: This game has national championship consequences here. An Auburn loss would knock them out of the picture. This is a huge game.
Colorado vs. Nebraska, 2:30 p.m., ABC: C'mon Buffs! I think everyone in the Big 12 except Nebraska wants Colorado to win this game. A Nebraska loss gives Mizzou a chance to make it into the Big 12 title game.
Arizona vs. Oregon, 6:00 p.m., ESPN: This is another game with national championship consequences. An Oregon loss would knock them out of the picture. Arizona is ranked so this is no cake walk for Oregon.
Kansas vs. Ohio, 7:00 p.m., CBS: I'm not quite into the college basketball mood yet. it's still football season. But Kansas will likely dominate against Ohio.
Texas Southern vs. Kansas State, 7:00 p.m., KSMO: More college basketball. We'll see if Frank Martin and Co. can avoid a letdown game after Duke.
