KU's Special Teams Are Special Again: 96-Yard Kick Return TD

KU's special teams had been disappointing in the start of their game against New Mexico State. NMSU had returned two kicks past the midfield and into KU territory, the second of which they converted into seven points.

KU responded by doing something good on special teams: Scoring a touchdown.

D.J. Beshears had a nice cut and scored on a 96-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Nice response, KU.

Jayhawks lead 14-7 in the second quarter.
